Don Shipley’s Navy SEAL Training BUD/S Prep. May “WEEK OF HELL” Course www.extremesealexperience.com EXTREME SEAL EXPERIENCE www.extremesealexperience.comBUD/S Special Forces Army Ranger Marine RECON MARSOC Air Force Para Rescue Prep Training. EXTREME SEAL EXPERIENCE.com. Hell Night, Platoon, Advanced, SEAL Sniper, and SEAL Advanced Operator Training. SEAL Training BUDS Prep. Helo Cast, Underwater Knot Tying, Drown Proofing Training Our Training Course “Hell Night” is an intense 24-hours designed to build confidence and show guys how to survive Navy SEAL Hell Week. This is accomplished by using all SEAL instructors who have survived BUDS themselves and teach guys how they did it. The day gets progressively harder and at midnight, we take off the gloves as Instructors and see if trainees have learned anything they were taught during the day. Not a mindless day of push-ups and wind sprints, this is a training course dedicated to helping guys survive the “number one” evolution in BUDS ( Hell Week) that trainees quit BUDS Training participating in. “You can’t do that in just 24-hours!” THE F**KI CAN’T! I have since 1992 and it works… The second hardest part of BUDS is staying motivated for six hard months. Most guys know a lot about BUDS, but little about the ultimate goal, which is SEAL Team. And each push-up and each day in BUDS becomes harder. We take care of that with Platoon and Advanced Training and show guys some of what they’ll be doing as SEALs. Training with SEALs …

the more you doubt this kid, the more he’ll want to do this. hooyah @Froggman162, keep on keeping on, and sign up for a course if you can. its a hell of a time, and it helps a ton with not only your workouts, but with strengthening your mind too

What percentage of your class actually become SEALs? These people don’t look very physically fit..

I run about 2-3 miles everyday I do a total of 300 push-ups and 50 pull ups everyday. I need help In mentally training and education can you give subjects that are an absolute priority to help me make it into BUD/S. I can almost speak 2 languages fluently (English and Spanish) I would greatly appreciate your advice

@Buds131 hi senior chief Don Shipley! I have this app on my phone (picture app) and this guy is claiming to be a SEAL and that’s his account name and everything. He posts alot of pictures of the symbols of spec ops insignia badge type stuff and I Don’t believe too much about it. He also says that he will beat up someone if they talk bad about him. He says his name is Captain Christian Alexander Bryant.
Can you PLEASE help me out with this?

Right now I’m at 16 chin ups, 130 pushups (usually closer to 100) and train MMA. Only 16, so I’ve got a while to go but I think I’m off to the right start.
